Some simple rules for a safe and transparent business transaction.
Complete the transaction through the platform
The Freight Exchange can track those transactions that are created on the platform through the freight listing and the integrated bidding process. We are unable to act as an intermediary or handle disputes for agreements made outside the platform, via phone, email, or other channels.
Data requests are logged
Authorized carriers, according to regulations, have access to the permitted data of shippers.
All data requests are logged and retained, allowing for retrospective tracking of who accessed which data and when.
Do not pay in advance to an unknown partner
The Freight Exchange does not recommend that anyone make advance payments to a carrier they do not know or whose reliability has not been verified. The terms specified within platform messages and offers help prevent misunderstandings.
